Safe Sexual Practices

Hello,

Safe sexual practices like being Monogamous, knowing your partner's Sexual History, Using a Barrier Method of contraception like Condoms  would help avoid and prevent STDs.

Also, using spermicides / Birth Control Pills, creams / gels do not help prevent STDs like HIV and other diseases, this is a myth that needs to be eradicated.
